Symbology: This symbol is called the wishing well. It's an ancient runic symbol. The crescent moons dip into the same well from different places on the wheel, to receive the nourishment of Truth from their unique perspective! This mirrors a teaching of Meister Eckhart, a 10th Century Christian mystic, who says that God is a great underwater river that cannot be stopped and cannot be dammed. Matthew Fox, a modern mystic, has expanded on Eckhart's teachings by saying that there are many wells (religious or spiritual systems) through which one can reach the depths of Truth.

Connecting to our Sister Sites

In our commitment to use the web in a way that has a profound impact on the wholeness of the Internet, part of our imperative is to visit other sites that are equally dedicated to the truth. The ones listed here are sites that I can personally endorse, because I know the people who created them.

If you know of others that should be on the list, let me know and I'll check it out! I like to connect with sites originated by people we know and trust, so that we can recommend their work with our hearts. The list may be small, but it is powerful.

Menu of connecting sites:

www.EarthTribe.com -- Dr. Judith Yost and Dr. William Taegel are two spiritual leaders who live in south central Texas, who have dedicated their lives to expanding and extending the understanding of spirituality through our connection with nature. They are the anchors, elders if you will, for several "new story" communities -- meaning communities who share the new cosmology as their point of unity -- called the Earth Tribe. The Earth Tribe's members gather regularly to participate in nature-based ceremonies and experiences, and to deepen their compassionate visions of the unfolding world. Judith also leads a dream circle.

www.circle-of-grace.com -- If you need help bridging you mundane and spiritual aspects, this may be a helpful site. Circle of Grace focuses on personal wellness and spirituality coaching using the mind/body/spirit connection. Their unique blending of Eastern philosophies and Native American spirituality bridges the gap between the metaphysical and the practical.

www.queenofdreams.com -- Heather Valencia is one of my most valued teachers and friends. Anything that she has to say and share is worth your attention and contemplation.

www.jamiesams.com -- Jamie Sams is a close friend and has been profoundly influential in my "coming out" as a teacher. She is a prolific author, and is the hub of many concentric circles of dreamers and light workers around the world. Her books and tapes are all worth owning. Visit her web site to sample her many offerings.

www.lynnandrews.com -- Lynn is a teacher of some notoriety. She runs a school for shamanistic training. Her website is quite lovely.

www.thewildrose.net -- Lyn Hopkins, weaver of this part of the web, is truly one of my guides on the spiritual path. She introduced me to Native American spirituality in the late 1970's, and I know her to be one of the few teachers who walks an impeccable path.

www.sacredwalk.com -- Georgiana Lofty, hostess of this site, is a magical teacher who will take you into yourself by teaching you to use the thirteen turn labyrinth as a spiritual tool. She's a dear friend, and elegant person, and one who WALKS her talk.

www.creationspirituality.com
-- This site describes and explains the amazing school created by Matthew Fox. This school is like no other that I know. It is truly a community of deeply devoted mystics, prophets, and spiritual workers. Check it out. The author royalties of my first book, The Woman's Book of Dreams, are donated to this school, because I feel that strongly that this style of education must be supported.
